- Introduce you to our permit consultants so that you can confirm that you are able to build what you are proposing to build. - Introduce you to our architect so that you can design your project, ensuring that we both have a clear expectation of what we are providing you with.Firm Estimate:
- Provide you with a detailed firm estimate.Permits:
- Schedule a tentative date for your project and provide advice as needed throughout the permit process.Final Estimate:
- Upon receipt of permits, we will confirm scope and material prices and provide you with agreements.Pre-Construction:
- You will be introduced to a foreman/project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the construction process.
- Begin our detailed process of getting your project ready to start so that everything goes as efficiently as possible during the construction process.Construction:
