Even if our customer is looking for an economical solution, we still ensure that it is done properly and in a way that keeps maintenance to a minimum. Our projects add value. We believe that it is better to spend more money and do something right the first time so that it doesn’t have to be re-done.
Customer Service & construction
Customer service:
When you call or email email us, we respond. When you have a problem, we solve it. We may be more expensive than some contractors but we don’t nickle and dime our customers over small adjustments. No matter the size of your project, we are here for you when you need us. We communicate the best we can regarding our process, schedule changes, material deliveries, etc. We keep our job sites clean and tidy to minimize the construction impact. Before we send you an invoice, we make sure that you are 100% satised with the work performed.
If you need work done that is not our specialty, we will do our best to refer you to someone that we trust.
Framing:
We brace all our framing members so that they end up as straight as possible, eliminating the possibility of any misses when installing metal siding/roofing. We make sure that all structures are done properly with the right sized fasteners sinking into the correct structural members.
Metal siding/trim:
We pre-drill all our metal roofing and siding to ensure that you have perfectly aligned fasteners. We strongly recommend using a hidden fastener roof system which ensures that you will never have a roof leak. Exposed fasteners deteriorate over time and eventually start leaking and then need to be replaced.
Proper Flashing:
We make sure that all structures are properly flashed to prevent water damage.

Important things to consider while planning your Metal Building project
- What is the purpose(s) of the building?
- The dimensions of the building length, width, height.
- What excavation/site preparation will be needed before the construction of the building?
- Will there be any utilities needed such as water, power, sewer, gas, communications, etc?
- Do you want a concealed or exposed fasten roof?
- What type of insulation is needed for the walls and roof?
- How thick of a concrete floor will you need and are there concrete approaches?
- Quantity of garage doors, entry doors, and windows.
- Will there be any lofts/mezzanines?

connie whitaker2021-06-27During the February ice storm, a tree fell on our shop roof and punched a hole through the roof and sheetrocked ceiling. We called Abco because we had them build the framework to a pole barn earlier in the year. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate and were able to get right on it and had the the roof replaced and the room re-sheetrocked and painted. It looks great and came in less then the estimate. We would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job for a good price.
N. Culbertson2021-06-25In 2018, ABCO installed a huge trellis in our backyard. The huge trellis (20 feet long and over 10 feet tall) is covered in a massive tumpet vine, and serves as a screen between our house and the neighbor. Alex designed the trellis to hold up under all the weight of the vine, and he even fit it around a maple tree, so now the tree is growing through the trellis, with room to spare (good planning). It's been three years since it was built, and the trellis is still rock solid. I expect it will last quite a few years more. I'll call Alex for any other work we need, we are happy to recommend him.
