Intake/Request:

- Collect a retainer for the design process.
- Schedule a site visit with you and our architect.
- Review the plans with you and make revisions as needed until they reflect exactly what you're wanting to build.Estimate:
- Upon completion of design, we will provide you with an estimate.Permits:
- Upon estimate approval, collect a retainer for the permit process.
- Work with the municipality to obtain a permit.
- Schedule a tenative date for your project.Pre-construction:
- Review your approved plans and provide you with contracts.
- Firm up your project schedule.Construction:
- Complete your project as efficiently as possible.Post Construction:
- Make sure you are completely satisfied with the project.
