At ABCO Contractors, we believe in transparency and direct communication throughout the planning and build process. Here’s what you can expect from working with our team.

(PLEASE NOTE: Simple/non-permitted projects can often skip steps 3-6.)

Introduction
• Gather your contact and brief project details and make sure that we are a good fit for your project.
• Schedule an on-site visit to meet with you and discuss your project in more detail.
Site Visit
• Go over your project and property in depth and make notes about your project so that we can provide you with an accurate rough estimate.
Rough Estimate
• Provide you with a detailed rough estimate along with a 3D rendering.
Design
• Introduce you to our architect and our permit consultant to confirm that you can build what you are proposing and also to ensure that you can get your project designed correctly. That way, we both have a clear idea of what we are estimating so that the project is completed exactly as you expect.
Firm Estimate
• Provide you with a detailed estimate.
Permits
• Schedule a tentative date for your project and provide advice as needed throughout the permit process.
Final Estimate
• Upon receipt of permits, we will confirm scope and material prices and provide you with agreements.
Pre-Construction
• You will be introduced to a foreman/project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the construction process.
• Begin our detailed process of getting your project ready to start so that everything goes as efficiently as possible during the construction process.
Construction
• Work with you every step of the way to complete your project to the highest quality as efficiently as possible.
Post-Construction
• Meet with you on-site to ensure that you are satisfied with every aspect of your project.

The quality and attention to detail of their work was impressive. Job site cleanliness was spot on with clean up at the end of each work day, that is something you don't see alot of. They prepared the yard, taking down trees and moving bushes as needed. They marked out where the fence would be, double checked with a walk-through with us to okay the placement, and it was up in a week, including the gates. Looks sharp. Looks great! Alex came on site a few times to make sure all was done to his top standards and to make sure we were happy with the results, which we are. Thank you ABCO! Nov 2025 Above and beyond! Two years ago ABCO put up our fence, but someone ran into it last month and damaged it. ABCO came out and fixed it, even though they no longer do fences! The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the site clean throughout the process. The craftsmanship is solid — everything from the excavation work, framing, metal siding, concrete, gutters, insulation and finish work looks great and feels built to last. They were easy to communicate with and kept me updated from start to finish. Pricing was fair, and the whole project moved along quicker than I expected.
