If you are outside of our service area, feel free to give us a call to see if we can accommodate you, or refer you to someone that we trust.
Scheduling:
- We are typically scheduled about 8-12 weeks out, but we make exceptions for smaller projects or urgent situations.
- When ready to start your project, let us know by responding via email or phone. You will be sent additional information to sign. At that point, you will be given a TENTATIVE start date. As we get closer to your project start date, we will provide a more accurate timeline.
- When customers add to the scope of their project, we try to complete the extra work while we are already there.
- Once we show up to start your project, we will be there through completion. We do our best to not skip around and over-promise and under-deliver to our customers.
Warranty & Labor Details:
- All labor is covered under a 1-year warranty.
- Labor will not be warrantied for unforeseen causes, acts of mother nature, vandalism, lack of proper care, mistreatment, adverse weather conditions.
- All materials fall under the material supplier’s and/or manufacturer’s warranty.
Payment:
- Invoices are billed monthly based on the percentage of job completion.
- Payments made by credit card will be charged an additional 3%.
